Fighting in the world is so hard. We don't have some of the basic nessesities, and it's sad that we have to make due with what we can find. It's a good thing that the Office of Price Administration, or OPA, decided to make the rationing system, because it is sending everyday nessesities to the American Army. The rationing system made fixed allotmens of goods deemed essential for the military.
